Three Firms, One Solution

St. Clair CPA Solutions was founded on a groundbreaking idea: to offer clients access to accounting, investment, and advisory services all through one organization of specialized companies. The concept was to deliver better service to clients by integrating a full platform of diversified financial services for individuals, businesses, and estates. Professionals specializing in different facets of financial management could communicate more directly, and thereby provide more informed oversight. Clients would benefit from the team expertise and convenience of accessing comprehensive financial services all in one place.

This model for accounting and business advisory firms is now widely accepted nationwide, but in the 1990s it was a bright idea waiting for its time to come. That opportunity came in 1997, when regulatory changes in the accounting and financial services industries permitted Certified Public Accountants the opportunity to provide financial services other than traditional accounting, tax and business consulting services. With this vision in mind, in 1999 three Philadelphia-based organizations consisting of seven entrepreneurial partners merged together to form what is now St. Clair CPA Solutions. While maintaining its tradition of excellent, independent accounting, auditing, tax and business consulting services, St. Clair CPAs, P.C., through its financial services affiliate CPA Financial Group, LLC, has experienced tremendous growth in the delivery of financial services by forming strategic alliances with experts in the areas of investment and wealth management; employee benefits; retirement benefits; life, disability, and long term care insurance.
